About Our Founder, Amanda J. Arnold, PhD
I’m a Washington, DC-based health policy and government affairs leader focused on helping organizations navigate complex regulatory, reimbursement, and political environments at moments that materially affect growth, access, and long-term strategy.
My background spans federal health policy, biomedical innovation, vaccines and therapeutics market access, payer reimbursement, and coalition strategy. I work at the intersection of policy, business, and implementation — translating technical and political complexity into actionable strategy for executive teams, partners, and stakeholders across Congress, CMS, FDA, HHS, and cross-sector coalitions.
I’ve led high-profile policy and engagement initiatives involving senior government officials, industry leaders, patient and provider organizations, and external advisors. My work includes shaping policy narratives, developing advocacy and engagement strategies, managing multi-workstream portfolios, and guiding organizations through rapidly evolving federal landscapes.
Known as a steady operator and strategic convener, I bring a practical understanding of how Washington decisions affect commercial realities, public health priorities, and organizational risk. I’m particularly energized by work involving vaccines, therapeutics, emerging health technologies, and the evolving intersection of science, policy, and access.
